Orders take 7–10 business days to prepare, then standard US shipping takes 10–20 business days. Busy seasons can add 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check it any time on our order tracking page.

We focus on the US. If your country is available, it will appear at checkout along with its shipping rate and time.

Our bras run from S to 5XL. Some styles use letter sizes (S, M, L…), and some use EU/Asian band sizes such as 75B or 80C. Our bra size chart shows how to measure and how these convert to US sizes. Each product page lists the sizes that style comes in.

The number is the band in centimeters. 70 = 32, 75 = 34, 80 = 36, 85 = 38, 90 = 40, 95 = 42, 100 = 44. The cup letter stays the same, so 75B is a US 34B and 80C is a US 36C.

Contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn't fit, we'll send you a different size or refund you, and you keep the first one. Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Fasten the hooks first so they don't snag. Skip the dryer: heat wears out elastic and can warp molded cups.
